文旅深度融合背景下“小城出圈”的实践创新路径研究——基于对安徽寿县的文旅创新实践的考察
Research on the Practical Innovation Path of “Small Town Going Viral” against the Background of In-Depth Integration of Culture and Tourism—Based on an Investigation of Cultural and Tourism Innovation Practices in Shouxian County, Anhui Province
摘要: 在文旅深度融合的时代浪潮中,县域城市如何突破资源禀赋限制、实现“出圈”发展,已成为学术研究与行业实践共同关注的重要命题。本文以安徽寿县为研究对象,基于空间生产理论、场景理论及传播学相关视角,系统分析其2024~2025年系列文旅活动的策划实践与文化融合路径。研究发现,寿县通过空间再造实现历史场所的当代意义生产,以非遗活化推动文化资本的形态转化与价值循环,进而完成传播策略的多元构建,形成“官方引导 + 用户自发 + 媒体助推”的立体传播格局,成功探索出一条从“资源依赖”转向“内容驱动”的小城出圈路径。本文提炼的“寿县模式”对于同类型历史文化名城的文旅融合发展具有参考价值与借鉴意义。
Abstract: Amid the wave of deep integration of culture and tourism, how county-level cities can transcend resource endowment constraints and achieve “viral” development has emerged as a critical issue of shared concern for both academic research and industry practice. Taking Shouxian County, Anhui Province, as a case study, this paper systematically analyzes the planning practices and cultural integration pathways of its series of cultural and tourism activities from 2024 to 2025, drawing on theories of spatial production, scene theory, and communication studies. The findings reveal that Shouxian County has realized the contemporary meaning-making of historical sites through spatial reconstruction, promoted the morphological transformation and value circulation of cultural capital via the activation of intangible cultural heritage, and thereby constructed a multi-faceted communication strategy. This has culminated in a three-dimensional communication ecosystem characterized by “official guidance + user-generated content + media amplification,” successfully forging a development path for small towns that shifts from “resource dependence” to “content-driven” virality. The “Shouxian Model” distilled in this study offers valuable insights and reference for the integrated development of culture and tourism in other historical and cultural cities of similar type.
