基于自我超越理论对代谢综合征的研究进展

摘要: 本文对代谢症候群患者的自我超越理论应用研究进展进行了综述。综述了自我超越理论的概念，理论基础，自我超越理论在代谢综合征患者中的应用效果，探讨了其在改善患者生活方式、促进健康行为改变和提高生活质量方面的潜在作用。自我超越理论在代谢综合征患者中的应用研究还处于起步阶段，但已经取得了一些积极的成果，未来的研究可以进一步探讨自我超越理论的探索方向，为临床实践提供更具体的指导和支持。
Abstract: This article provides a comprehensive review of the research progress regarding the application of self-transcendence theory in patients with metabolic syndrome. The paper thoroughly examines the concept, theoretical foundation, and practical implications of self-transcendence theory in this patient population, while also discussing its potential role in enhancing lifestyle modifications, promoting health behavior changes, and improving overall quality of life. Although still at an early stage, the application of self-transcendence theory has yielded some promising results among patients with metabolic syndrome. Future studies should further explore the potential directions for utilizing self-transcendence theory and offer more specific guidance and support for clinical practice.
