摘要: 在全球经济高速发展与生态环境危机交织的背景下，企业绿色创新已成为实现可持续发展的核心路径。文章以企业绿色创新行为为对象，系统探讨其驱动因素及对企业绩效的影响。研究发现，绿色创新的驱动来自于外部政策制度压力、市场竞争需求、技术发展支持与内部企业战略导向、资源能力储备、组织文化建设等多维度因素的交互作用。这些因素通过不同机制推动企业在技术研发、生产运营和产品服务中融入环境友好理念。而绿色创新对企业绩效的影响呈现动态性与情境依赖性，不仅能长期提升企业财务绩效如总资产收益率、降低成本，还能显著增强品牌价值、提升投资者偏好及供应链协同效率等非财务绩效，且这一影响过程受行业属性、数字化水平等因素调节。研究通过整合现有理论，构建多维度驱动模型，为企业精准识别创新动力、优化资源配置，政府完善政策工具组合，以及产业链协同推进绿色转型提供了理论依据与实践参考，助力实现环境效益与商业价值的双重目标。

Abstract: Against the background of the intertwining of rapid global economic development and ecological environment crises, corporate green innovation has become the core path to achieving sustainable development. Taking corporate green innovation behavior as the research object, this study systematically explores its driving factors and impacts on corporate performance. The research finds that the drivers of green innovation stem from the interaction of multi-dimensional factors, including external policy and institutional pressure, market competition demand, technological development support, as well as internal corporate strategic orientation, resource and capability reserves, and organizational culture construction. These factors promote enterprises to integrate environmentally friendly concepts into technological R&D, production, and operation, as well as products and services, through different mechanisms. The impact of green innovation on corporate performance is dynamic and context-dependent. It can not only improve long-term financial performance, such as return on total assets and reduce costs, but also significantly enhance non-financial performance, including brand value, investor preference, and supply chain collaboration efficiency. Moreover, this impact process is moderated by factors such as industry attributes and digitalization level. By integrating existing theories, this study constructs a multi-dimensional driving model, providing a theoretical basis and practical reference for enterprises to accurately identify innovation impetus and optimize resource allocation, for governments to improve policy tool combinations, and for the industrial chain to collaboratively promote green transformation, so as to help achieve the dual goals of environmental benefits and commercial value.
