乡村振兴背景下数字经济赋能农村产业融合发展的机制与路径研究

Research on the Mechanism and Path of Rural Industrial Integration Development Enabled by the Digital Economy under the Background of Rural Revitalization

摘要: 乡村振兴战略深入推进的新时期，数字经济凭借高渗透性、强协同性与广覆盖性等特征，已成为推动农村产业转型升级与深度融合的重要动力。文章立足农业农村现代化发展现实需求，系统阐释数字经济赋能农村产业融合发展的内在机理，重点从技术渗透重构生产函数、平台建设降低交易成本、数据要素优化资源配置、网络效应拓展价值空间四个维度，剖析其核心作用机制。研究表明，当前数字赋能农村产业融合仍面临诸多现实约束，主要体现为数字基础设施区域发展不均衡、产业主体数字化应用能力偏弱、数据资源整合共享程度不足、融合发展相关制度供给相对滞后等问题。据此，从筑牢数字基础设施以缩小城乡数字差距、加强主体能力培育以提升数字应用效能、深化数据治理以激活要素价值、健全政策支撑体系以优化融合发展环境等方面提出优化路径，旨在为数字经济背景下推进乡村产业振兴、实现农业农村高质量发展提供理论支撑与实践参考。

Abstract: In the new era of the in-depth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, the digital economy, with its characteristics of high permeability, strong synergy, and wide coverage, has become an important driving force for the transformation, upgrading, and in-depth integration of rural industries. Based on the practical needs of agricultural and rural modernization, this paper systematically explains the internal mechanism of the digital economy, enabling the integrated development of rural industries. It analyzes the core mechanism from four dimensions: technological penetration to reconstruct the production function, platform construction to reduce transaction costs, data factors to optimize resource allocation, and network effect to expand value space. The study shows that the current digital-enabled integration of rural industries still faces many practical constraints, mainly including unbalanced regional development of digital infrastructure, weak digital application capacity of industrial subjects, insufficient integration and sharing of data resources, and relatively lagging institutional supply for integrated development. Accordingly, this paper puts forward optimized paths from consolidating digital infrastructure to narrow the urban-rural digital gap, strengthening the cultivation of subject capacity to improve digital application efficiency, deepening data governance to activate factor value, and improving the policy support system to optimize the integrated development environment. It aims to provide theoretical support and practical reference for promoting rural industrial revitalization and achieving high-quality agricultural and rural development in the background of the digital economy.
