简述蒙药苏木-4汤治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成

摘要: 下肢深静脉血栓形成是常见的血管外科疾病，其肺栓塞等并发症可危及患者生命。蒙医将其症状归属于“巴木病”“黑脉病”“乎恙病”“血热病”等范畴，治疗以袪巴达干、化瘀血、消肿止痛为原则。苏木-4汤为蒙药经典方剂，临床中被广泛用于治疗血栓性疾病。本文通过回顾分析现有文献资料，整理归纳蒙药苏木-4汤治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的相关研究，为临床及科研提供参考。
Abstract: Deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities is a common vascular surgical disease, and its complications such as pulmonary embolism can endanger the patient’s life. In Mongolian medicine, its symptoms are classified under the category of “Bamudisease”, and the treatment principle is to eliminate Badaigan, dissolve stasis blood, and reduce swelling and relieve pain. Sumu-4 Decoction is a classic Mongolian medicine formula, which is widely used in clinical practice to treat thrombotic diseases. This article reviews and analyzes the existing literature to summarize and sort out the relevant research on the treatment of deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities with Mongolian medicine Sumu-4 Decoction, providing references for clinical and scientific research.
