摘要: 目的：探讨多学科协作模式在足踝外科手术患者加速康复护理中的构建路径与应用效果。方法：选取2023年6月至2024年6月我院收治的90例拟行足踝部骨折切开复位内固定手术的患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组，每组各45例。对照组实施常规康复护理，观察组则采用基于多学科协作的加速康复护理方案。比较两组患者的术后并发症发生率、平均住院时间、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、美国足踝外科协会(AOFAS)踝–后足功能评分、生活质量评分及护理满意度。结果：观察组术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(2.2% vs. 13.3%, P < 0.05)，平均住院时间缩短(P < 0.05)，术后各时间点VAS评分均低于对照组(P < 0.05)，术后1个月AOFAS评分和生活质量评分均显著高于对照组(P < 0.05)，护理满意度评分也更高(P < 0.05)。结论：多学科协作模式能有效整合医疗资源，系统化、个性化地推进足踝外科患者的康复进程，显著降低并发症、缩短住院时间、提升功能恢复与生活质量，具有较高的临床推广价值。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the construction path and application effects of a multidisciplinary collaboration (MDT) model in enhanced recovery nursing for patients undergoing foot and ankle surgery. Methods: Ninety patients scheduled for open reduction and internal fixation of foot and ankle fractures, admitted to our hospital from June 2023 to June 2024, were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table, with 45 patients in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing, while the observation group received an enhanced recovery nursing program based on multidisciplinary collaboration. The two groups were compared regarding the incidence of postoperative complications, average length of hospital stay, Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) pain scores, American Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society (AOFAS) ankle-hindfoot functional scores, quality of life scores, and nursing satisfaction. Results: The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (2.2% vs. 13.3%, P < 0.05), and the average hospital stay was shorter (P < 0.05). The VAS scores at various postoperative time points in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). At 1-month postoperatively, the AOFAS scores and quality of life scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05), and nursing satisfaction scores were also higher (P < 0.05).Conclusion: The multidisciplinary collaboration model can effectively integrate medical resources, systematically and individualize the rehabilitation process for patients undergoing foot and ankle surgery, significantly reduce complications, shorten hospital stays, improve functional recovery and quality of life, and holds high value for clinical promotion.
