重庆市智慧养老服务发展的困境与优化路径研究

Research on the Dilemma and Optimization Path of Smart Elderly Care Services Development in Chongqing

摘要: 随着老龄化趋势的日益加深，智慧养老服务成为缓解养老压力的关键举措。本文以重庆市为研究对象，深入分析其智慧养老服务的发展现状、面临的困境及优化路径。文章指出了当前重庆市智慧养老服务发展面临城乡资源配置的结构性失衡、数字鸿沟问题突出等多重困境。对此，本文提出构建城乡统筹的智慧养老资源适配机制、加强宣传引导，强化大众认知等优化路径，旨在推动重庆市智慧养老服务体系高质量发展，为西部类似地区应对人口老龄化提供有益参考。

Abstract: As the trend of population aging intensifies, smart elderly care services have emerged as a crucial initiative to alleviate the pressure of elderly care. This study takes Chongqing Municipality as the research object to conduct an in-depth analysis of the development status, challenges, and optimization paths of its smart elderly care services. The article identifies multiple dilemmas currently facing the development of smart elderly care services in Chongqing, including the structural imbalance in the allocation of urban and rural resources and the prominent issue of the digital divide. In response, this paper proposes optimization paths such as establishing an urban-rural integrated resource allocation mechanism for smart elderly care, and strengthening publicity and guidance to enhance public awareness. These measures aim to promote the high-quality development of the smart elderly care service system in Chongqing and provide valuable references for similar western regions in addressing population aging.
