“三全育人”视域下高校学生组织办公室团队激励困境与优化路径——基于双因素理论的实践反思
Team Incentive Dilemmas and Optimization Paths of University Student Organization Office under the Perspective of “Three-Wide Education”—Practical Reflections Based on Two-Factor Theory
摘要: 在“三全育人”理念深入推进的背景下,高校学生会办公室作为学生组织的行政枢纽,其团队激励效果直接影响育人实效与学生干部成长。然而,当前办公室团队激励存在机制不健全、方式单一等问题,制约了部门职能发挥。本文以笔者担任办公室部长期间的实践为例,运用双因素激励理论,诊断团队激励在“保健因素”与“激励因素”上的不足,并提出针对性优化方案。作为部门负责人,如何依托双因素理论、结合“三全育人”要求,优化激励机制、破解管理困境,实现部门工作效能提升与学生干部全方位成长的双重目标,是本文的核心关切。研究表明,通过制度透明化、激励过程化、任务自主化等路径,可推动办公室从“事务执行型”向“育人成长型”转型。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of the in-depth implementation of the “Three-Wide Education” philosophy, the Office of the Student Union in colleges and universities serves as the administrative hub of student organizations. Its team motivation effectiveness directly impacts the educational outcomes and the development of student cadres. Nevertheless, the current team motivation in the office is plagued by problems such as an unsound mechanism and monotonous methods, which restrict the performance of departmental functions. Taking the author’s practice as the director of the office as an example, this paper diagnoses the deficiencies of team motivation in terms of “hygiene factors” and “motivator factors” based on the Two-Factor Theory, and proposes targeted optimization strategies. As a department leader, the core concern of this paper is how to optimize the motivation mechanism, address management dilemmas, and achieve the dual goals of improving departmental work efficiency and facilitating the all-round development of student cadres by relying on the Two-Factor Theory and aligning with the requirements of “Three-Wide Education”. The study indicates that approaches including institutional transparency, procedural motivation, and task autonomy can drive the transformation of the office from a “task-execution-oriented” department to an “education-and-growth-oriented” one.
