Resilience Assessment and Adaptive Path Optimization of Sustainable Land Use in Chengdu under the Dynamic PSR Framework

摘要: 快速城镇化进程中,超大城市土地利用面临资源约束趋紧、人地矛盾加剧等挑战,开展土地可持续利用韧性评估是优化国土空间治理的重要基础。本文以成都市为研究区,基于动态压力–状态–响应(PSR)框架构建评价体系,采用熵值法、耦合协调度模型与障碍度模型,分析2014~2024年成都市土地可持续利用韧性的时序演化、子系统耦合关系与核心制约因子。结果表明:研究期内成都市土地可持续利用韧性综合指数呈“波动调整–短期回落–稳步修复”特征;系统子系统耦合度长期处于高位,耦合协调度偏低;核心障碍存在阶段性转换,2020年前以响应、压力层指标为核心制约,2021年后状态层耕地资源禀赋与土地产出效率成为首要短板。研究提出的适应性优化路径,可为超大城市土地可持续利用治理提供参考。
Abstract: In the process of rapid urbanization, the land use of megacities faces challenges such as tightening resource constraints and intensified conflicts between people and land. Conducting a resilience assessment of sustainable land use is an important foundation for optimizing territorial spatial governance. This paper takes Chengdu as the research area, constructs an evaluation system based on the dynamic Pressure-State-Response (PSR) framework, and adopts the entropy method, coupling coordination degree model, and obstacle degree model to analyze the temporal evolution, subsystem coupling relationship, and core constraining factors of Chengdu’s sustainable land use resilience from 2014 to 2024. The results show that during the study period, the comprehensive index of Chengdu’s sustainable land use resilience exhibits characteristics of “fluctuation adjustment - short-term decline - steady recovery”; the coupling degree of system subsystems remains high in the long term, while the coupling coordination degree is relatively low; the core obstacles undergo phased transitions, with response and pressure layer indicators being the core constraints before 2020, and the state layer’s arable land resource endowment and land output efficiency becoming the primary shortcomings after 2021. The adaptive optimization path proposed in this study can provide a reference for the governance of sustainable land use in megacities.
