数字时代老年人短视频使用的价值、风险与治理研究

Research on the Value, Risks and Governance of Short Video Usage among Older Adults in the Digital Age

摘要: 随着移动互联网的普及与人口老龄化的加速，越来越多老年人进入数字媒介环境。短视频平台因其内容直观、操作简便、互动性强等特点，成为老年群体获取信息、休闲娱乐与情感交流的重要渠道。然而，在数字娱乐不断丰富的同时，虚假信息、算法沉迷、情感诈骗及AI深度伪造等问题也逐渐显现，使老年群体面临新的网络风险。本文从社会文化与媒介环境视角出发，在梳理老年人短视频使用现象的基础上，分析短视频对老年群体的积极意义与潜在风险，并结合AI时代的信息传播特点，探讨老年人数字素养与网络风险防范问题。

Abstract: With the rapid development of mobile internet and the accelerating trend of population aging, an increasing number of older adults are becoming involved in the digital media environment. Owing to their intuitive content presentation, ease of operation, and interactive features, short-video platforms have gradually become important channels through which older adults obtain information, pursue leisure and entertainment, and maintain social interaction. However, alongside the expansion of digital entertainment, various risks have also emerged, including misinformation, algorithm-driven overuse, emotional fraud, and AI-generated deepfakes, which may expose older users to new forms of online vulnerability. Based on an overview of older adults’ short-video usage, this paper examines both the positive implications and the potential risks associated with short-video platforms. Furthermore, in the context of the evolving information ecosystem in the era of artificial intelligence, the study explores issues related to digital literacy among older adults and discusses possible approaches to online risk prevention.
