长三角一体化下异地养老企业协同发展研究

Research on the Collaborative Development of Intercity Elderly Care Enterprises under the Integration of the Yangtze River Delta

摘要: 在长三角区域一体化与人口老龄化双重背景下，异地养老企业作为区域养老服务供给的核心主体，其高质量发展是推动异地养老产业成熟的关键。通过对现有文献和政策进行梳理，发现长三角异地养老企业在跨区域运营、人才管理、服务质量等维度面临的现实困境，并提出强化企业政策协同能力以主动打破运营壁垒，推进资源整合与模式创新以提升跨区域运营能力，加强企业文化以提升人才与服务质量，为长三角养老服务一体化提供企业层面的实践路径，为推动长三角区域养老一体化高质量发展提供有益参考。

Abstract: Against the dual background of regional integration and population aging in the Yangtze River Delta, intercity elderly care enterprises, as the core providers of regional elderly care services, are key to advancing the high-quality development of the cross-regional elderly care industry. By reviewing the existing literature and policies, this study identifies practical dilemmas faced by enterprises in cross-regional operation, talent management and service quality. Accordingly, it proposes to enhance enterprises’ policy coordination capacity to break operational barriers, promote resource integration and model innovation to improve cross-regional operation capabilities, and strengthen corporate culture to upgrade talent and service quality. These suggestions provide practical pathways at the enterprise level for the integration of elderly care services in the Yangtze River Delta and offer useful references for promoting its high-quality development.
