基于线上心理咨询平台的负面情绪调节策略调查——以“壹心理”为例
Research on Strategies for Regulating Negative Emotions Based on Online Psychological Counseling Platforms—Taking the “Yixinli” Platform as an Example
摘要: 本文基于外在情绪调节理论,以线上心理咨询平台“壹心理”问答栏目中223例用户提问及100条高赞回复为语料,运用话语分析方法和Nvivo 15软件,探讨了线上心理问答社区中来访者的负面情绪表达方式及咨询师的情绪调节语用策略。研究发现用户倾向于间接表达负面情绪,而咨询师主要通过礼貌标记、共情表达、心理学术语、态度话语四个维度进行情绪调控,并常借助意象化修辞将抽象认知具象化,以期提升在线纯文本干预的效果。
Abstract: Based on the theory of external emotion regulation, this paper takes 223 user inquiries and 100 highly-rated responses from the Q&A section of “Yixinli”, an online psychological counseling platform, as the corpus. By adopting the discourse analysis method and Nvivo 15 software, it explores the expression modes of negative emotions of clients in the online psychological Q&A community and the pragmatic strategies of emotional regulation adopted by counselors. The findings reveal that clients tend to express negative emotions indirectly, while counselors mainly regulate emotions from four dimensions: polite markers, empathic expressions, psychological terminology and attitudinal discourse. In addition, counselors often resort to imagery-based rhetoric to materialize abstract cognition, aiming to improve the effectiveness of online text-only intervention.
