The Enhancement Path of Professional Ethics for College Counselors in the “Internet+” Era

摘要: “互联网+”时代，信息技术发展带来的工作方式变化、信息安全潜在风险、网络环境开放性和匿名性，考验着辅导员职业道德修养。同时，价值观多元化与多元文化交融对辅导员职业道德修养提出新的要求。提升辅导员职业道德修养的路径包括深化培训教育，提升网络环境下的专业形象与沟通能力；筑牢信息保护防线，守护学生数据安全；提升信息甄别能力，增强网络素养；增强对社会多元化的适应性。

Abstract: In the “Internet+” era, changes in work methods brought about by the development of information technology, potential risks to information security, and the openness and anonymity of the online environment are testing the professional ethics of counselors. At the same time, the diversification of values and the integration of diverse cultures are placing new demands on their professional ethics. Pathways to enhance the professional ethics of counselors include deepening training and education to improve their professional image and communication skills in the online environment; strengthening information protection measures to safeguard student data security; enhancing the ability to discern information to maintain a clean cyberspace; and improving adaptability to social diversity.
