乡村老龄化背景下的村民活动中心设计研究——以常州市杏塘村为例

Research on the Design of Villagers’ Activity Center under the Background of Rural Aging—A Case Study of Xingtang Village in Changzhou City

摘要: 本论文旨在探讨乡村老龄化背景下的村民活动中心设计策略，以常州市杏塘村为研究案例。通过分析乡村老龄化的现状特征与乡村老年群体的实际需求，结合适老化设计、共享理念与乡村社区发展理念，提出适配乡村老年生活的村民活动中心创新设计方案，旨在打造兼具实用性、舒适性与社交性的乡村老年公共空间，提升乡村老年群体的生活质量与幸福感，同时激活乡村公共空间活力，助力乡村振兴背景下的乡村养老服务体系建设。

Abstract: This paper aims to explore the design strategies of villagers’ activity centers under the background of rural aging, taking Xingtang Village in Changzhou City as a case study. By analyzing the current characteristics of rural aging and the actual needs of rural elderly groups, combined with the concepts of aging-friendly design, sharing and rural community development, an innovative design scheme of villagers’ activity centers adapted to rural elderly life is proposed. The purpose is to build a rural elderly public space with practicality, comfort and sociality, improve the quality of life and happiness of rural elderly groups, activate the vitality of rural public space, and boost the construction of rural elderly care service system under the background of rural revitalization.
