人工智能视角下大学生心理健康课程建设研究综述
A Comprehensive Review of the Development of Mental Health Curricula for College Students from an Artificial Intelligence Perspective
摘要: 大学生心理健康课程属于高校心理育人体系的关键部分,它的创建质量关乎学生心理素质的改善。本文在查阅有关的研究文献的基础上,对大学生心理健康教育研究的发展脉络及热点问题进行了系统地整理,在此基础上分析了心理健康课程建设的理论基础以及实践探索,并从人工智能(AI)技术的角度出发,提出人工智能技术融入大学生心理健康课程的途径以及遇到的实践困难。经过研究发现,我国心理健康教育研究正由问题导向转变为积极发展导向,课程建设也由原来的单向知识传授转变为体验式、参与式的教学模式。同时AI技术在教学情境创设、个性化学习支持、教学评价优化等各方面有独特的优势,但是也存在数据伦理、技术应用规范、教师数字素养等现实问题。未来的研究应该继续探寻技术应用同教育本质之间协调发展的途径,促使AI同大学生心理健康课程实现深层次的融合并加以规范发展。
Abstract: Mental health courses for college students are a crucial component of the university’s psychological education system, and the quality of their creation directly impacts the improvement of students’ mental qualities. Based on a review of relevant research literature, this paper systematically examines the development trajectory and current hotspots of mental health education research for college students. It then analyzes the theoretical foundations and practical explorations of mental health course construction. From the perspective of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, it proposes ways for AI to be integrated into mental health courses for college students and identifies the practical challenges encountered. Research has shown that China’s mental health education research is shifting from a problem-oriented approach to a proactive development-oriented approach, and course construction has transitioned from a one-way transmission of knowledge to an experiential, participatory teaching model. Additionally, AI technology possesses unique advantages in various aspects such as creating teaching scenarios, providing personalized learning support, and optimizing teaching evaluations. However, there are also practical challenges related to data ethics, technological application norms, and teachers’ digital literacy. Future research should continue to explore ways to harmonize the development of technology applications with the essence of education, thereby facilitating a deeper integration of AI with mental health courses for college students and promoting its standardized development.
