“三布五化”视角下新时代高校法学教育中课程思政路径研究
Research on the Path of Curriculum Ideological and Political Education in New Era University Law Education under the “Three-Layout Five-Transformation” Model
摘要: 在满足高校课程建设的理论需求、课程思政与高校法学教育的天然内在联系、储备高校课程思政建设增量资源的现实需要等方面,“课程思政”融入高校法学教育教学建设意义非凡。“课程思政”融入高校法学教育教学的重点在于,“三布”应以树立价值观根基为精神指引,以核心价值追求为价值根基,并通过“知行合一”的实践教学创新,将思政元素内容布局有机融入专业培养。“五化”旨在课程思政建设教学主题的体系化、高校教师思政内涵的常态化、课程思政资源开发的动态化、实践活动结构化、教学推展制度化保障,提升法学教育的建设性,为培养信仰坚定、德法兼修的高素质法治人才提供路径指引。
Abstract: In terms of meeting the theoretical needs of university course construction, the natural inherent connection between ideological and political education in courses and university legal education, and the practical need to reserve incremental resources for the construction of ideological and political education in university courses, the integration of “ideological and political education in courses” into the teaching and educational construction of university legal education is of great significance. The focus of integrating “ideological and political education in courses” into the teaching and educational construction of university legal education is that: “Three Layouts” should take establishing the foundation of values as the spiritual guidance, core value pursuits as the value foundation, and through innovative practical teaching that combines “knowledge with action”, organically integrate ideological and political elements into professional cultivation. “Five Transformations” aim to systematize the teaching themes of ideological and political education in courses, normalize the ideological and political connotation of university teachers, dynamically develop resources for ideological and political education in courses, structure practical activities, and institutionalize the promotion of teaching to enhance the constructive development of legal education, providing a path guidance for cultivating high-quality legal talents with firm beliefs and comprehensive moral and legal cultivation.
