知识图谱在畜产品加工工艺学教研中的应用与探索
Application and Exploration of Knowledge Graph in the Teaching and Research of Animal Product Processing Technology
摘要: 随着人工智能技术在食品领域的深度渗透,畜产品加工工艺学作为食品科学与农业科学的交叉学科,其传统教研模式正面临革新机遇。本文结合畜产品加工工艺学的学科特点与教学需求,通过构建知识图谱框架,针对知识点缺乏系统性和关联性、课程内容难以满足产业发展需求等问题,构建基于知识图谱的畜产品加工工艺学课程体系,搭建课程章节知识图谱框架,结合线上线下混合式教学的方法,从而优化教学逻辑、提升课程质量和学生自主学习能力,旨在为推动畜产品加工工艺学教研的智能化升级提供理论参考与实践路径。
Abstract: With the in-depth penetration of artificial intelligence technology in the food field, Animal Product Processing Technology, as an interdisciplinary subject of food science and agricultural science, is facing opportunities for innovation in its traditional teaching and research model. Combining the disciplinary characteristics and teaching requirements of Animal Product Processing Technology, this paper constructs a knowledge graph framework to address problems, including the lack of systematicity and relevance of knowledge points, as well as curriculum content failing to meet the needs of industrial development. It establishes a knowledge graph-based curriculum system for Animal Product Processing Technology, builds a knowledge graph framework for course chapters, and adopts online-offline blended teaching methods, so as to optimize teaching logic and improve curriculum quality and students’ autonomous learning ability. This study aims to provide theoretical references and practical paths for promoting the intelligent upgrading of teaching and research in Animal Product Processing Technology.
