新时代我国校园足球赛事体系建设的现实困境与完善路径

摘要: 校园足球赛事体系是落实学校体育“教会、勤练、常赛”要求的重要载体，也是深化体教融合、夯实中国足球人才根基、落实立德树人根本任务的组成部分。本文基于体教融合的时代背景，系统梳理我国校园足球赛事体系的政策演进与发展现状，剖析当前赛事体系在制度协同、体系结构、治理模式、保障体系、价值导向方面的现实困境，并结合政策要求与实践经验提出对应的完善路径，以期为新时代校园足球赛事体系的高质量发展提供理论参考与实践指引。

Abstract: The campus football competition system is an important carrier for implementing the requirements of “teaching, frequent practice, and regular competitions” in school sports, and is also a component for deepening the integration of sports and education, consolidating the foundation of Chinese football talents, and fulfilling the fundamental task of fostering virtue. Based on the background of the integration of sports and education in the new era, this paper systematically reviews the policy evolution and current development status of the campus football competition system in China, analyzes the realistic dilemmas of the current competition system in terms of institutional coordination, system structure, governance model, guarantee system, and value orientation, and proposes corresponding improvement paths in combination with policy requirements and practical experience, with the aim of providing theoretical references and practical guidance for the high-quality development of the campus football competition system in the new era.
