“三大球”振兴背景下我国青少年足球后备人才培养体系优化研究

Research on the Optimization of the Youth Football Reserve Talent Training System in China under the Background of the Revitalization of the “Three Major Sports”

摘要: “三大球”振兴是建设体育强国的重要标志，青少年足球后备人才培养是足球事业发展的根基，也是推动“三大球”全面振兴的基础性工程。本文以运动员长期发展理论(LTAD)与协同学理论为基础，梳理“三大球”振兴背景下我国青少年足球后备人才培养体系的发展现状，剖析当前体系运行中存在的多元主体协同不足、人才培养科学化水平有待提升、赛事体系杠杆作用发挥不充分、人才保障机制不完善等问题，结合我国青训发展实践与足球强国培养经验，提出针对性的体系优化路径，推动青少年足球后备人才培养体系的系统性优化，为“三大球”振兴背景下我国足球事业可持续发展提供优化方向。

Abstract: The revitalization of the “Three Major Sports” is an important indicator of building a sports power country. The cultivation of reserve talents for youth football is the foundation of football development and also a fundamental project for promoting the comprehensive revitalization of the “Three Major Sports”. Based on the Long-Term Development Theory (LTAD) and Synergetics Theory, this paper reviews the current development status of the youth football reserve talent training system in China under the background of the revitalization of the “Three Major Sports”, analyzes the problems existing in the current system operation, such as insufficient coordination among multiple entities, the need to improve the scientific level of talent cultivation, insufficient leverage effect of the competition system, and incomplete talent guarantee mechanism. Combining the practice of youth training development in China and the experience of cultivating a football power country, this paper proposes targeted optimization paths for the system, promoting the systematic optimization of the youth football reserve talent training system, and providing an optimization direction for the sustainable development of China’s football cause under the background of the revitalization of the “Three Major Sports”.
