摘要: 本文综述了行为心理干预在慢性萎缩性胃炎患者健康教育中的应用现状，重点梳理了跨理论模型、健康信念模式、同伴支持教育等行为理论的健康教育模式，以及心理干预与健康教育联合应用的实践进展。现有研究表明，心理护理与行为理论指导的健康教育相结合，能够有效提高患者的健康知识水平、改善负性心理状态、促进健康行为的建立。未来应进一步探索心理行为干预的协同应用，为临床实践提供参考。
Abstract: This paper reviews the application status of behavioral psychological intervention in health education for patients with chronic atrophic gastritis, focusing on the health education models of transtheoretical model, health belief model, peer support education and other behavioral theories, as well as the practical progress of the combined application of psychological intervention and health education. The existing research shows that the combination of psychological nursing and health education guided by behavioral theory can effectively improve the health knowledge level of patients, improve the negative psychological state and promote the establishment of healthy behavior. In the future, the synergistic application of psychological behavior intervention should be further explored to provide reference for clinical practice.
