A Review and Prospects of Research on Humble Leadership

摘要: 谦卑型领导理论产生于企业管理环境趋于全球化、信息化和多元化的时代背景下,创新成为了企业长远发展的动力源泉。由于越来越动态化、不确定的组织环境,企业对于领导力的需求日益增强。传统的领导方式,如权威型、魅力型等,虽然在特定情境下能够取得显著成效,但在快速变化、充满挑战的环境中,这些领导方式可能显得力不从心。近年来,谦卑型领导逐渐受到学者和实践者的关注。本文将从谦卑型领导的概念、结构维度及其影响因素等方面对谦卑型领导的相关研究进行整合,探讨其内涵、特点、影响机制以及实践应用,以期整体把握谦卑型领导的研究现状,对未来研究提供新的想法和视角。
Abstract: The theory of humble leadership emerged in the context of an era where the corporate management environment is becoming increasingly globalized, information-driven, and diversified, with innovation becoming the source of long-term development for enterprises. Due to the increasingly dynamic and uncertain organizational environment, the demand for leadership in enterprises is growing. Traditional leadership styles, such as authoritative and charismatic, although able to achieve significant results in specific situations, may seem inadequate in rapidly changing and challenging environments. In recent years, humble leadership has gradually attracted the attention of scholars and practitioners. This article will integrate relevant research on humble leadership from aspects such as its concept, structural dimensions, and influencing factors, exploring its connotation, characteristics, influencing mechanisms, and practical applications, aiming to gain a comprehensive understanding of the current research on humble leadership and provide new ideas and perspectives for future studies.
