促进健康老龄化：老年友好型公园的康复性景观规划设计探索

Promoting Healthy Aging: Exploring Rehabilitative Landscape Planning and Design of Aged-Friendly Parks

摘要: 随着我国进入深度老龄化社会，60岁及以上人口占比持续攀升，老年群体的健康需求已从传统“疾病治疗”向“主动健康管理”转型。城市公园作为老年群体户外活动的核心载体，其健康促进功能亟待系统挖掘和优化。当前我国城市公园建设多聚焦无障碍设施等基础适老化需求，缺乏基于康复性景观视角的主动健康干预设计，难以充分适配老年群体的生理与心理康复需求。本文基于康复性景观理论，将公园环境视为“景观处方”，聚焦老年群体身心康复需求，探讨老年友好型公园如何设计优化具有康复性功能的户外景观，从而发挥疗愈功效，为公园适老化提供理论依据与实践参考。

Abstract: As my country enters a deeply aging society, the proportion of the population aged 60 and over continues to rise, and the health needs of the elderly group have transformed from traditional “disease treatment” to “active health management”. As the core carrier of outdoor activities for the elderly, urban parks need to systematically explore and optimize their health promotion functions. At present, the construction of urban parks in my country focuses on basic aging needs such as barrier-free facilities, and lacks active health intervention design based on the perspective of rehabilitative landscapes, making it difficult to fully meet the physiological and psychological rehabilitation needs of the elderly group. Based on the theory of rehabilitative landscape, this paper regards the park environment as a “landscape prescription”, focuses on the physical and mental rehabilitation needs of the elderly group, and discusses how to design and optimize outdoor landscapes with rehabilitative functions in elderly-friendly parks, so as to exert healing effects and adapt the park to aging renewal, providing a theoretical basis and practical reference.
