摘要: 格林巴利综合征(Guillain-Barré Syndrome, GBS)是一种急性炎症性周围神经病，其慢性形式被称为慢性炎性脱髓鞘性多发性神经根神经病(CIDP)，属于免疫介导的脱髓鞘性疾病，发病机制复杂，临床症状不典型，容易被误诊或漏诊，因此，本文分析了一例就诊于华北理工大学附属医院的GBS患者，目的是探讨如何准确地识别其不典型特征，为临床诊疗提供指导意义。
Abstract: Guillain-Barré Syndrome is an acute inflammatory peripheral neuropathy, with its chronic form known as Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyradiculoneuropathy (CIDP). It is an immune-mediated demyelinating disorder characterized by complex pathogenesis and atypical clinical symptoms, making it prone to misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis. Therefore, this article analyzes a case of GBS treated at the Affiliated Hospital of North China University of Science and Technology, aiming to explore how to accurately identify its atypical features and provide guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
