协同视角下AI嵌入社区居家养老服务的逻辑机理与路径优化

Logical Mechanism and Path Optimization of AI Embedded in Community and Home-Based Elderly Care Services from a Collaborative Perspective

摘要: 在人口老龄化与数字化转型加速交汇的大背景下，传统居家养老服务正面临供需结构性失衡与人力资源短缺的双重压力。培育银发经济以及推动养老服务高质量发展已经成为国家战略核心。本文通过分析人工智能嵌入养老服务的内在逻辑，探讨这种技术在精准识别需求与优化资源配置方面的重要赋能作用。针对当前存在的数字鸿沟与技术异化等痛点问题，本文提出在实践中应当坚持技术理性与人文关怀相统一的原则。研究建议通过政府引导、市场适老化改造及家庭数字反哺等多条路径协同发力，构建智慧养老服务的新范式，从而为实现积极老龄化提供坚实的理论支撑。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the accelerated intersection of population aging and digital transformation, traditional home based elderly care services face the dual pressures of a structural imbalance between supply and demand and a shortage of human resources. Cultivating the silver economy and promoting the high quality development of elderly care services have become the core of the national strategy. By analyzing the intrinsic logic of embedding Artificial Intelligence into elderly care services, this paper explores its empowering role in precisely identifying needs and optimizing resource allocation. Meanwhile, addressing current issues such as technological alienation and the digital divide among the elderly, it proposes the principle of integrating technological rationality with humanistic care. The study suggests that through multi path collaboration, including government guidance, market driven aging friendly adaptations, and intergenerational digital support from families, a new paradigm of smart elderly care services can be constructed, providing theoretical support for realizing active aging.
