摘要: 随着环境的动态性发展,组织内外部环境的不确定性也日益加深。员工的反馈能够促进领导与员工之间的快速信息交流,有利于领导监控员工的工作进展,从而帮助员工及时修正自己的偏差。员工反馈寻求行为是指在动态的组织环境和角色要求下,员工主动向领导寻求反馈,并通过获得有价值的信息来帮助员工实现自身的成长和组织发展以及获得良好的工作绩效。当前,员工的反馈寻求行为越来越受到重视,也逐渐成为了研究热点。本文旨在探索员工反馈寻求行为前因及结果,为后续的研究提供参考。
Abstract: With the dynamic development of the environment, the uncertainty of the internal and external environment of the organization is also deepening day by day. Employees’ feedback can promote rapid information exchange between leaders and employees, which is conducive to leaders monitoring the progress of employees’ work and helping employees correct their deviations in a timely manner. Employee feedback-seeking behavior refers to the active seeking of feedback from leaders by employees under the dynamic organizational environment and role requirements, and through obtaining valuable information to help employees achieve their own growth and organizational development as well as obtain good job performance. Currently, employees’ feedback-seeking behavior is receiving increasing attention and has gradually become a research hotspot. This paper aims to explore the antecedents and consequences of employee feedback-seeking behavior, providing a reference for subsequent research.
