多模态视域下优秀传统法律文化融入青少年法治教育的路径
Pathways for Integrating Excellent Traditional Legal Culture into Youth Rule-of-Law Education from a Multimodal Perspective
摘要: 在社会主义法治国家建设进程中,优秀传统法律文化已被纳入青少年法治教育体系,但实践中仍存在“知行分离”与“古今脱节”的问题。为此,文章从多模态视角出发,探索优秀传统法律文化融入青少年法治教育的有效路径。首先,运用多模态话语分析理论,阐释优秀传统法律文化的多模态呈现形态及其与青少年法治教育的内在契合性,奠定融合的理论基础。进而,从“民为邦本”“礼法结合”“法尚公平”和“天下无讼”四个维度,揭示优秀传统法律文化作为青少年法治教育价值根基的现代意义。在此基础上,从课程体系的多模态渗透、符号体系的轻量化再造、叙事方式的转型以及地方资源的深耕四个方面,提出具体实践路径,以期实现从“机械传输”到“有机融入”的转变,为提升青少年法治教育实效、推动文化传承创新提供参考。
Abstract: In the process of building a socialist country under the rule of law, excellent traditional Chinese legal culture has been incorporated into the youth legal education system. However, in practice, there remain challenges such as the “disconnect between knowledge and action” and the “gap between ancient and modern times.” To address these issues, this paper explores effective pathways for integrating excellent traditional legal culture into youth rule-of-law education from a multimodal perspective. First, it employs multimodal discourse analysis theory to explain the multimodal presentation forms of excellent traditional legal culture and its inherent compatibility with youth rule-of-law education, thereby laying a theoretical foundation for integration. Furthermore, it reveals the modern significance of excellent traditional legal culture as the value foundation of youth rule-of-law education from four dimensions: “people as the foundation of the state,” “the integration of rites and law,” “justice as the principle of law,” and “a world without litigation.” On this basis, specific practical pathways are proposed in four areas: multimodal integration into the curriculum system, lightweight reconstruction of symbolic systems, transformation of narrative methods, and deep exploration of local resources. These pathways aim to achieve a shift from “mechanical transmission” to “organic integration,” providing references for enhancing the effectiveness of youth rule-of-law education and promoting cultural heritage and innovation.
