浅析高校教师法治思维在课堂管理中的应用
On the Application of Legal Thinking of University Teachers in Classroom Management
摘要: 随着我国法制建设的不断完善,人民的法制意识也日益增强。在当今的发展趋势下,人人不仅要守法,更要懂法。在这个全民普法的背景下,承担教书育人责任的高校教师更应该首当其冲地将法治思维带入课堂。本文将从教师的法治思维入手,探究其在课堂管理应用中存在的问题以及解决的策略,旨在更好地帮助教师将法治思维融入课堂,为国家培养更多懂法,守法的人才。
Abstract: With the continuous improvement of China’s legal system construction, people’s awareness of the rule of law has been increasingly enhanced. Under the current development trend, everyone should not only abide by the law but also understand the law. Against the backdrop of nationwide legal publicity, college teachers, who shoulder the responsibility of imparting knowledge and educating people, should take the lead in bringing the thinking of the rule of law into the classroom. Starting from teachers’ thinking of the rule of law, this paper explores the existing problems in its application to classroom management and puts forward corresponding solutions. It aims to better help teachers integrate the thinking of the rule of law into classroom teaching and cultivate more law-abiding and law-knowing talents for the country.
