浅析体能训练中自我效能感对训练成绩的影响
An Analysis of the Influence of Self-Efficacy on Training Performance in Physical Fitness Training
摘要: 自我效能感理论作为社会认知理论的核心分支,是解释个体动机、行为选择与坚持性的关键理论,在体育心理学领域占据重要地位。本文以18~24周岁男青年基础体能训练为研究对象,系统梳理自我效能感理论的经典内涵与近十年来的新进展、新争议,通过影响机制、影响路径等方面凸显自我效能感的独特价值,为优化训练效果、促进全面发展提供理论参考与实践指导。
Abstract: Self-efficacy theory, as a core branch of social cognitive theory, is a key framework for explaining individual motivation, behavioral choices, and persistence, and holds an important position in the field of sports psychology. This paper focuses on basic physical training among male youth aged 18 - 24, systematically reviewing the classic concepts of self-efficacy theory as well as the new developments and controversies that have emerged over the past decade. By examining mechanisms and pathways of influence, it highlights the unique value of self-efficacy, aiming to provide theoretical insights and practical guidance for optimizing training outcomes and promoting holistic development.
