产教融合背景下司法社会工作专业人才培养路径与教学改革实践研究——以浙江省D学院为例
Research on the Talent Cultivation Path and Teaching Reform Practices of Forensic Social Work Major in the Context of Industry-Education Integration—A Case Study of D College in Zhejiang Province
摘要: 在深化产教融合、推进社会治理纵深发展的背景下,培养适应基层司法实践需求的高素质应用型司法社会工作人才成为高校社会工作专业教学改革的重要方向。本文以浙江省D学院为例,立足司法社会工作人才培养实践,构建“专业支撑–机构依托–项目贯穿–基地落实”的协同育人框架,并系统梳理与监狱、检察院及地方社会工作部门开展校地合作的教学改革实践。通过优化课程体系、实行“双导师制”协同育人、开展项目化实践以及共建教学科研基地等方式,推动课堂教学与司法社会工作实践的深度融合。研究在总结实践成效的基础上,分析当前在协同机制、实践教学体系与师资队伍建设等方面存在的不足,并提出相应的优化路径,以期为应用型高校司法社会工作专业的人才培养与教学改革提供参考。
Abstract: In the context of deepening industry-education integration and advancing social governance, the cultivation of high-quality, application-oriented forensic social work talents who meet the needs of grassroots forensic practice has become an important direction for teaching reform in social work major at universities. This study takes D College in Zhejiang Province as a case study, focusing on the practice of cultivating forensic social work professionals, and constructs a collaborative education framework of “professional support-institutional reliance-project integration-base implementation”. The paper systematically examines the teaching reform practices through university-local government cooperation with prison, the people’s procuratorate, and local social work departments. By optimizing the curriculum system, implementing the “dual mentor” collaborative education model, conducting project-based practice, and co-building teaching and research bases, the study promotes the deep integration of classroom teaching with forensic social work practice. Based on the analysis of practical outcomes, the paper identifies existing challenges in the collaborative mechanism, practical teaching system, and faculty development, and proposes corresponding optimization paths, aiming to provide valuable references for the talent cultivation and teaching reform of forensic social work major in application-oriented universities.
