职业院校国家通用语言教育质量提升路径探索——基于阿克苏职业技术学院单一样本的案例分析
Exploration on the Path to Improving the Quality of National Common Language Education in Vocational Colleges—A Case Study Based on a Single Sample of Aksu Vocational and Technical College
摘要: 职业院校作为区域技术技能人才培养主阵地,其国家通用语言教育质量直接影响人才培养成效与区域发展后劲。本文以阿克苏职业技术学院为单一案例调研样本,通过实地调研与问卷调查相结合的方式,系统分析该校国家通用语言教育的现状与问题,引入L2 Motivational Self System (第二语言习得动机自我系统)与教育生态学理论构建分析框架,从学生学习、教学实施、课程教材、应用环境四个维度剖析问题根源,并突出语言教育与专业技能、校企合作、实习实训的深度融合,提出针对性优化对策。研究结论仅适用于阿克苏职业技术学院及同类区域同类型院校参考,为提升民族地区职业院校国家通用语言教育质量、推动民族地区职业教育高质量发展提供实践参考。
Abstract: As the main front for cultivating regional technical and skilled talents, the quality of national common language education in vocational colleges directly affects the effectiveness of talent training and the stamina of regional development. Taking Aksu Vocational and Technical College as a single case sample, this paper systematically analyzes the current situation and problems of national common language education in the college through a combination of field research and questionnaire surveys. It introduces the L2 Motivational Self System and educational ecology theory to construct an analytical framework, analyzes the root causes of problems from four dimensions: student learning, teaching implementation, curriculum and teaching materials, and application environment, highlights the in-depth integration of language education with professional skills, school-enterprise cooperation, and internship training, and puts forward targeted optimization countermeasures. The research conclusions are only applicable to Aksu Vocational and Technical College and similar colleges in similar regions, providing practical references for improving the quality of national common language education in vocational colleges in ethnic areas and promoting the high-quality development of vocational education in ethnic areas.
