摘要: 青少年反社会行为不仅关系到青少年的社会适应还关系着社会安定,成为了当今社会共同关注的重要议题。随着家庭与学校在儿童成长中的关键作用日益受到重视,当前研究也逐渐由单一系统干预转向家校合作干预。然而,当前研究在家校合作干预效果上的结论并不一致,家校合作的影响机制及其使用条件仍有待进一步厘清。基于此,本研究系统梳理了青少年反社会行为预防与干预的研究现状,重点回顾了不同预防层级与干预路径的已有证据,并聚焦于家校合作影响青少年反社会行为的机制。家校合作的预防价值不仅在于提升家长教养方式、改善亲子关系,也在于增强师生关系与家校联结,进一步减少青少年反社会行为的发展。本文旨在为界定家校合作的作用边界及其优化方向提供更为清晰的理论指导。
Abstract: Adolescent antisocial behavior is a major issue of shared societal concern because it affects not only adolescents’ social adjustment but also broader social stability. Given the pivotal roles that families and schools play in children’s development, research has gradually shifted from interventions targeting a single system to approaches emphasizing home-school collaboration. However, existing evidence on the effectiveness of home-school collaboration interventions remain unclear, and both the underlying mechanisms and the contexts in which these approaches yield the greatest benefits remain to be specified. In response, the present study systematically reviews the current literature on the prevention and intervention of adolescent antisocial behavior, with particular attention to the existing evidence across different levels of prevention and intervention pathways (including family, school and community), while also focusing on the mechanisms through which home-school collaboration influences adolescent antisocial behavior. The preventive value of home-school collaboration lies not only in its potential to improve parenting practices and enhance parent-child relationships, but also in its role in strengthening teacher-student relationships and family-school connectedness, thereby further reducing the development of adolescent antisocial behavior. This article aims to provide clearer theoretical guidance for delineating the boundary conditions of home–school collaboration and identifying directions for its optimization.
