湿法炼锌工艺工业副产石膏渣减量化、资源化研究
Research on the Reduction and Resource Utilization of Industrial By-Product Gypsum Slag from Hydrometallurgical Zinc Smelting Process
摘要: 为研究进一步提高有色金属冶炼工业固体废物减量化、资源化管理和技术水平,本文以云南省某锌铟冶炼企业研究案例,结合该企业在生产过程中开展的工业固体废物减量化、资源化实践,系统分析了湿法炼锌工业副产石膏的产生机理,详细阐述了预中和石膏渣、污酸石膏渣的深度处理工艺原理与实施流程,全面梳理了湿法炼锌两种工业副产石膏经深度处理后实现减量化、资源化利用的途径及为企业带来的环境效益和经济效益。
Abstract: To further improve the management and technology of solid waste reduction and resource utilization in the non-ferrous metal smelting industry, this paper takes a zinc-indium smelting enterprise in Yunnan Province as a case study. Based on the enterprise’s practices in industrial solid waste reduction and resource utilization during production, it systematically analyzes the generation mechanism of industrial by-product gypsum from hydrometallurgical zinc smelting, elaborates on the principles and implementation process of deep treatment of pre-neutralized gypsum slag and acid-contaminated gypsum slag, and comprehensively reviews the pathways for reducing and utilizing these two types of industrial by-product gypsum from hydrometallurgical zinc smelting through deep treatment, as well as the environmental and economic benefits brought to the enterprise.
