摘要: 高等教育创新与实践能力培养背景下,研究生课程改革的核心挑战是破解理论教学与工程实践场景脱节的痛点。传统教学存在目标模糊、评价单一、脱离实际场景等问题。本文提出成果导向教育与项目式学习深度融合的课程设计通用框架,创新性构建能力目标映射、项目复杂度评估与协同耦合三大数学模型,提供量化分析工具。通过反向设计路径搭建“基础验证–综合设计–全流程项目”三级递进式教学体系,建立融合过程性、成果性评估与外部反馈的多维度评价机制,设计“教学–实践–转化”闭环课程改进机制。实践表明,该框架能有效提升学生综合实践、团队协作与创新素养,核心模型与机制可为同类型工程课程改革提供有益的探索和参考。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of fostering innovation and practical competencies in higher education, the core challenge of postgraduate curriculum reform is to address the disconnect between theoretical teaching and engineering practice scenarios. Traditional teaching models are plagued by vague objectives, a single mode of assessment, and disconnection from real-world application scenarios. This paper proposes a universal curriculum design framework based on the deep integration of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and Project-Based Learning (PBL), and innovatively constructs three mathematical models—an OBE competency objective mapping model, a project complexity assessment model, and a collaborative coupling model—thereby providing quantitative analytical tools. Through a backward design approach, a three-tier progressive teaching system featuring “basic verification, comprehensive design, and full-process projects” is established. A multi-dimensional evaluation mechanism integrating formative assessment, summative assessment and external feedback is built, and a closed-loop curriculum improvement mechanism of “teaching-practice-transformation” is designed. Practical applications show that this framework can effectively enhance students’ comprehensive practical abilities, teamwork skills and innovative literacy. Its core models and mechanisms provide useful exploration and reference for the reform of similar engineering courses.
