大型热轧辊四列圆柱轴承滚子失效分析
Failure Analysis of Rollers in Four-Row Cylindrical Bearings of Large Hot-Rolling Rolls
摘要: 热轧辊轴承是热轧机关键零部件,其运行状态直接影响到轧制精度、生产效率和设备安全。某钢厂2250热连轧线F5机架工作辊轴承滚子频繁出现失效导致轴承整体损坏,影响设备正常运行。本文开展失效机理分析,进而提出优化方案,其空心滚动体设计预留间隙,并考虑孔内粗糙度、润滑条件及探伤等方案,经过试验验证,验证了失效分析与改进措施有效性。
Abstract: Hot rolling mill bearings are key components of hot rolling mills, and their operational status directly affects rolling accuracy, production efficiency, and equipment safety. In the F5 stand of a 2250 hot strip mill line at a steel plant, the rollers of the work roll bearings frequently failed, leading to overall bearing damage and affecting normal equipment operation. This paper conducts an analysis of the failure mechanism and proposes an optimized solution, which includes designing hollow rolling elements with reserved clearance, while considering factors such as the internal surface roughness of the bore, lubrication conditions, and inspection methods. Experimental verification demonstrates the effectiveness of the failure analysis and improvement measures.
