我国银发经济高质量发展路径研究

Research on the High-Quality Development Path of China’s Silver Economy

摘要: 随着我国人口老龄化进程持续加速，银发经济作为应对人口老龄化、培育经济新动能的重要抓手，已成为推动经济高质量发展的关键领域。本文基于银发经济的核心内涵与发展特征，结合我国银发经济发展的现实基础与现存问题，系统分析政策环境、市场供给、消费需求、科技创新等多维度影响因素，借鉴国内外先进发展经验，从政策体系完善、产业供给升级、消费潜力释放、科技创新赋能、协同机制构建五个方面，提出我国银发经济高质量发展的具体路径，为破解老龄化带来的发展挑战、实现银发经济与经济社会协同发展提供理论参考与实践指引。

Abstract: With the continuous acceleration of China’s population aging process, the silver economy, as an important starting point to address population aging and foster new economic drivers, has emerged as a crucial field for advancing high-quality economic development. Based on the core connotation and developmental characteristics of the silver economy, this paper first clarifies the realistic foundation and existing bottlenecks in the development of China’s silver economy, then systematically analyzes multi-dimensional influencing factors such as the policy environment, market supply, consumer demand, and technological innovation. By drawing on advanced development experiences at home and abroad, specific paths for the high-quality development of China’s silver economy are proposed from five dimensions, namely improving the policy system, upgrading industrial supply, releasing consumption potential, empowering technological innovation, and constructing a collaborative mechanism. This study aims to provide theoretical references and practical guidance for addressing the development challenges brought by aging and realizing the coordinated development of the silver economy, economy and society.
