老年群体面临博物馆数字化的困境与对策——以贵州省博物馆为例

The Dilemma and Countermeasures of the Elderly Facing the Digitalization of Museums—A Case Study of Guizhou Provincial Museum

摘要: 随着博物馆数字化建设的不断推进，各种各样的智能设备开始在博物馆里普及，成为博物馆展览中不可或缺的一部分。然而，在博物馆加速数字化转型的同时，老年群体作为日益重要的观众群体，却面临着使用智能设施的多重障碍。本文以贵州省博物馆为研究对象，针对贵州省博物馆近年来在适老化服务方面的探索，系统分析老年观众在使用博物馆智能设施时面临的主要困境，以及在此基础上，借鉴贵州省博物馆的实践经验，提出相应的适老化改造的对策建议，以期为公共博物馆更好地服务老年群体、实现数字化时代的文化普惠提供参考。

Abstract: With the continuous advancement of digitalization in museums, various smart devices have begun to be widely used in museums and have become an indispensable part of museum exhibitions. However, while museums are accelerating their digital transformation, the elderly, as an increasingly important audience group, are facing multiple obstacles in using smart facilities. This paper takes the Guizhou Provincial Museum as the research object, and based on the museum’s recent exploration in elderly-friendly services, systematically analyzes the main difficulties that elderly visitors encounter when using smart facilities in museums. On this basis, drawing on the practical experience of the Guizhou Provincial Museum, it puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for elderly-friendly renovations, with the aim of providing references for public museums to better serve the elderly and achieve cultural inclusiveness in the digital age.
