积极老龄化视角下社区老年教育发展的困境与路径研究
A Study on the Dilemmas and Paths of Community Elderly Education Development from the Perspective of Active Aging
摘要: 在我国深度老龄化社会加速到来、老年群体需求向精神文化与价值实现转型的背景下,积极老龄化以健康、参与、保障为核心支柱,为社区老年教育发展提供理念引领。社区作为老年教育的核心载体,在政策推动下实现服务覆盖拓展、课程内容多元、参与主体丰富,但仍存在供需失衡、专业支撑薄弱、价值定位偏差、场景适老化不足等现实困境。为深入贯彻积极老龄化战略,满足老年群体学习需求,可以从课程供给、师资建设、价值定位、场景优化四个维度发力,推动社区老年教育高质量发展,以积极应对人口老龄化、建设老年友好型社会。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of the accelerated arrival of a deeply aging society in China and the transformation of elderly groups’ demands toward spiritual and cultural fulfillment and self-actualization, active aging—with health, participation and security as its core pillars—provides a conceptual guide for the development of community elderly education. As the core carrier of elderly education, communities have expanded service coverage, diversified curriculum content and enriched participating entities under policy impetus, yet they face practical predicaments such as the imbalance between supply and demand, weak professional support, biased value orientation and inadequate age-appropriate design of service scenarios. To thoroughly implement the active aging strategy and meet the learning needs of the elderly, efforts can be made from four dimensions: curriculum supply, faculty development, value orientation and scenario optimization. This will promote the high-quality development of community elderly education, thus effectively responding to population aging and building an age-friendly society.
