Optimization of Elderly Care Services from the Perspective of Marxist Livelihood Thought

摘要: 在人口老龄化持续深化的背景下，养老服务已成为民生保障体系的关键板块。马克思主义民生思想以“现实的人”为逻辑起点，以公平分配与全面发展为价值指向，为养老服务高质量发展提供了理论遵循。本文立足马克思主义民生思想的核心内涵，结合既有研究成果，从供给结构、资源配置、主体协同、技术应用、产业发展等维度，剖析当前养老服务存在的现实困境，并在此基础上提出人本化、均等化、协同化、温情化、制度化的优化路径，推动养老服务从基础保障向品质提升转型，切实维护老年群体的民生权益。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of continuously deepening population aging, elderly care services have become a crucial component of the people’s livelihood security system. Marxist livelihood thought, with “realistic people” as its logical starting point and fair distribution and comprehensive development as its value orientation, provides theoretical guidance for the high-quality development of elderly care services. Based on the core connotation of Marxist livelihood thought and combined with existing research results, this article analyzes the current practical dilemmas of elderly care services from the dimensions of supply structure, resource allocation, subject collaboration, technology application, and industrial development. On this basis, it proposes optimization paths towards humanization, equalization, collaboration, warmth, and institutionalization, promoting the transformation of elderly care services from basic security to quality improvement, and effectively safeguarding the livelihood rights and interests of the elderly population.
