中国城市韧性体系研究进展与热点探析——基于2015~2025年文献的分析
Research Progress and Hotspots Analysis of Urban Resilience Systems in China—Based on the Analysis of Literature from 2015 to 2025
摘要: 在全球气候变化与快速城市化的双重驱动下,城市系统正面临前所未有的挑战,城市韧性作为维系城市核心功能与可持续发展的关键,已成为学术界与政策制定者关注的焦点。本文以中国知网(CNKI)收录的核心期刊文献为核心样本,运用CiteSpace软件进行文献计量与可视化分析,同时结合国际文献辅助论证,旨在系统梳理中国城市韧性研究的知识图谱与演进脉络。研究发现,中国城市韧性研究已实现从引介西方理论到构建本土化体系的跨越,形成了涵盖“工程–社会–经济–生态–治理”五大维度的综合研究框架。研究热点紧随国家战略与实践需求,从早期的防灾减灾与基础设施韧性,逐步拓展至公共卫生、社区韧性,并进一步深化至数字经济赋能、耦合协调的治理韧性等前沿议题。研究方法亦从静态指标评价向动态模拟与智能分析方向多元化发展。然而,当前研究仍存在理论与实践脱节、对不同风险类型与地域关注不均等局限。未来研究需进一步强化动态监测与智能模拟,突出“人本”导向,并加强跨区域协同韧性探索,从而推动建设更具适应性、包容性和可持续性的韧性城市。
Abstract: This paper provides a systematic review and synthesis of the research progress in the field of urban resilience in China from 2015 to 2025. Utilizing a core sample of 1,213 articles retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database and employing CiteSpace software for bibliometric and knowledge mapping analysis, supplemented by insights from international literature, this study clarifies the evolution of conceptual connotations, the composition of core dimensions, the progression of research methodologies, and the dynamic shifts in research hotspots and frontiers. The research findings indicate that urban resilience studies in China have accomplished a significant transition from the initial introduction of Western theories to the construction of a localized research system. This evolution has resulted in a comprehensive five-dimensional analytical framework encompassing engineering, social, economic, ecological, and governance resilience. Research hotspots have dynamically evolved in alignment with national strategies and practical demands, shifting from an early focus on disaster prevention, mitigation, and infrastructure resilience to broader concerns such as public health and community resilience, and further deepening into frontier topics including digital economy enablement, coupling coordination, and “peacetime-emergency integration” governance resilience. Research methodologies have also diversified, moving from static indicator evaluation towards dynamic simulation and intelligent analysis. Nevertheless, current research still exhibits limitations, such as a disconnection between theoretical constructs and practical application, as well as uneven attention to different risk types and geographical regions. Future research should prioritize strengthening dynamic monitoring and intelligent simulation, emphasizing a “people-oriented” approach and concerns for equity and justice, and enhancing exploration into cross-regional collaborative resilience. These directions are essential for advancing the development of more adaptive, inclusive, and sustainable resilient cities.
