我国城市形象的研究现状与展望——基于CiteSpace的可视化分析

摘要: 随着我国城市化进程的加速,城市形象已成为提升城市竞争力、推动文化传播的重要载体。基于从中国知网(CNKI)检索的559篇核心文献,运用CiteSpace软件进行可视化分析,以揭示我国城市形象研究的现状与发展趋势。结果表明,城市形象研究主题主要聚焦于短视频、新媒体与传播策略等领域;发文量经历了萌芽探索、快速增长与稳定发展三个阶段。合作网络分析显示,作者与研究机构间的合作密度较低,研究呈现分散状态,且随着媒介环境变迁,研究视角正逐步从宏观的城市建设向微观的“顾客视角”及“城市精神”“地域文化”等人文内涵深化。未来研究应聚焦培育城市特色文化内涵,构建多主体协同创新机制,并以增强市民文化认同与城市归属感为导向,以期为我国城市形象的精准塑造与高效传播提供理论支持与实践参考。
Abstract: With the acceleration of urbanization in China, the city image has become an important vehicle for enhancing urban competitiveness and promoting cultural dissemination. Based on 560 core documents retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), this study employs CiteSpace for visual analysis to reveal the current status and development trends of research on China’s city image. The results indicate that research on city image primarily focuses on topics such as short videos, new media, and communication strategies. The number of publications has undergone three stages: initial exploration, rapid growth, and stable development. An analysis of collaboration networks reveals that the density of cooperation among authors and research institutions is relatively low, with studies being conducted in a fragmented manner. Furthermore, with changes in the media environment, the research perspective is gradually shifting from a macro-level focus on urban construction to a micro-level emphasis on the “customer perspective” and humanistic connotations such as “urban spirit” and “regional culture.” Future research should focus on cultivating urban cultural characteristics, constructing multi-stakeholder collaborative innovation mechanisms, and fostering citizens’ cultural identity and sense of belonging to the city. This study aims to provide theoretical support and practical references for the precise shaping and efficient dissemination of China’s city image.
