BOPPPS联合PBL教学模式在眼科本科临床教学中的课程设计与应用

摘要: 近年来,以导学互动式教育(BOPPPS)教学联合以案例为导向的教学法(problem-based learning, PBL)的混合式教学模式在临床教学中逐步推广应用并不断得到验证,但在眼科本科临床教学中尚未得到充分的设计与应用研究,本文通过对教学模式理论梳理和应用优势进行探讨,将BOPPPS与PBL教学模式进行结构化结合,并以糖尿病视网膜病变为例针对性设计眼科教学课程,初步实践表明,BOPPPS联合PBL的教学模式在眼科临床教学中展现出积极的应用前景,尤其在提升学生学习兴趣和主观满意度方面,但其在客观学习效果上的优势仍需更大规模、更严谨的研究来验证。
Abstract: In recent years, the blended teaching model combining BOPPPS (Bridge-in, Objective, Pre-test, Participatory Learning, Post-assessment, and Summary) with problem-based learning (PBL) has been gradually promoted and validated in clinical teaching. However, its design and application in ophthalmology undergraduate clinical teaching remain insufficiently explored. This paper reviews relevant theories and application advantages of teaching models, and structurally combines the BOPPPS model with the PBL teaching model. Taking diabetic retinopathy as an example, a targeted ophthalmology teaching course is designed. Preliminary practice shows that the BOPPPS-PBL integrated teaching model presents a promising application prospect in clinical ophthalmology teaching, especially in improving students’ learning interest and subjective satisfaction. However, its advantages in objective learning outcomes still need to be verified by larger-scale and more rigorous research.
