产教融合与科教融汇双驱动下高分子加工实验课程教学改革探索
Exploration of the Teaching Reform of Polymer Processing Experiment Course under the Dual-Drive of Industry-Education Integration and Science-Education Fusion

摘要: 针对高分子材料与工程专业实验教学过程中存在的课程内容过时、实践深度不够、产教融合有限、思政教育融入不够等问题,课程团队通过内容重组、方法创新、思政协同、评价优化一体化的方式对《高分子加工实验》课程进行教学改革。在实验教学中融入相关产学研案例,并采取以问题为导向、任务驱动的教学方法。而且,还通过多维度、重过程的评价体系,促进产教融合、科教融汇的协调推进。教学实践表明,改革显著提高了学生对高分子加工原理的理解和工程实践能力,增强了专业认同感和创新意识。同时,改革也促进了课程建设和教师队伍教学能力的提高。本次改革为高分子及相关学科实验教学模式的创新提供了不错的借鉴。
Abstract: In view of the problems such as outdated course content, insufficient depth of practice, limited industry-education integration, and insufficient integration of ideological and political education in the experimental teaching of polymer materials. The course team reformed the teaching of the “Polymer Processing Experiment” course through the integration of content reorganization, methodology innovation, civic-political synergy, and evaluation optimization. In detail, the course team integrates industry engineering cases and research results into experimental teaching, and implements problem-oriented and task-driven teaching methods. In addition, a multi-dimensional and process-oriented evaluation system has also been developed to promote the industry-education integration. The results show that the reform has significantly improved students’ understanding of the principles of polymer processing and engineering practice ability, and enhanced their sense of professional identity and innovation. Meanwhile, the reform has also promoted curriculum construction and the improvement of teaching ability of teachers. The experience of this reform provides useful reference for the innovation of experimental teaching models in polymer materials and related industry disciplines.
