“三全育人”理念下增强大学生党史学习教育实效性路径研究

Research on the Paths to Enhance the Effectiveness of College Students’ Party History Learning and Education under the Concept of “Three-in-One Education”

摘要: 在“三全育人”综合改革背景下，高校党史学习教育作为落实立德树人根本任务的关键举措，面临资源依赖与协同壁垒、技术赋能与形式主义、激励错位与评价缺位等现实问题。本文通过文献研究、调查分析与案例论证，构建“课程、网络、实践、组织”四域协同育人体系，系统探究“三全育人”理念与大学生党史学习教育的深度融合路径。研究表明，以组织为核心强化引领、以课程为阵地夯实基础、以网络为手段拓宽维度、以实践为方法深化体验，可有效破解党史学习教育“孤岛效应”，推动教育模式从“单向灌输”向“协同共生”转变，为地方高校党史学习教育常态化长效化提供可复制、可推广的实践方案。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the comprehensive reform of “Three-in-one education” (education through the entire process, by the whole staff, and in all dimensions), the Party history learning and education in higher education institutions—serving as a critical measure to fulfill the fundamental task of “fostering virtue through education”—faces practical challenges. These include resource dependency and collaborative barriers, technological empowerment versus formalism, and incentive misalignment alongside evaluation absence. Through literature review, investigative analysis, and case studies, this paper constructs a four-domain collaborative education system encompassing “curriculum, network, practice, and organization”, and systematically explores the deep integration path between the Three-in-one education philosophy and Party history learning and education for college students. The research indicates that strengthening leadership with organization as the core, consolidating foundations with curriculum as the position, broadening dimensions via the network as a medium, and deepening experiences through practice as a method can effectively overcome the “island effect” in Party history learning and education. This approach promotes a shift in educational models from “unidirectional indoctrination” to “synergistic symbiosis”, providing a replicable and scalable practical framework for the normalization and long-term effectiveness of Party history learning and education in local universities.
