数字化时代洛阳市共享经济发展策略研究

Research on the Development Strategy of Shared Economy in Luoyang City in the Digital Age

摘要: 在数字化浪潮下，数字技术有效破除了传统资源配置壁垒，为共享经济发展提供支撑。洛阳作为中部非省会城市，依托文旅与工业优势，借助数字化技术，实现共享经济的高效发展。采用文献研究法和SWOT分析法，从共享经济业态、资源配置效率、政策支持体系、人才要素保障四个维度，系统分析数字化时代洛阳市共享经济发展现状及存在问题。在此基础上，结合洛阳市定位，提出以数字化赋能、业态创新、要素整合、政策完善、监管优化为核心的发展策略，为洛阳及具有相似条件的城市推动数字化赋能共享经济高质量发展提供参考。

Abstract: Under the wave of digitalization, digital technology has effectively broken down the barriers of traditional resource allocation and provided support for the development of sharing economy. As a central non-provincial capital city, Luoyang relies on the advantages of cultural tourism and industry, and realizes the efficient development of the sharing economy with the help of digital technology. By using the methods of literature research and SWOT analysis, this paper systematically analyzes the development status and existing problems of Luoyang’s sharing economy in the digital era from the four dimensions of sharing economy format, resource allocation efficiency, policy support system and talent factor guarantee. On this basis, combined with the positioning of Luoyang City, this paper puts forward the development strategy with digital empowerment, format innovation, factor integration, policy improvement and supervision optimization as the core, so as to provide reference for Luoyang and cities with similar conditions to promote the high-quality development of digital empowerment and sharing economy.
