乡村振兴背景下广州从化凤二村幸福食堂运作逻辑研究

A Study on the Operational Logic of the Happiness Canteen in Feng’er Village, Conghua District, Guangzhou under the Rural Revitalization Strategy

摘要: 在乡村振兴与老龄化叠加背景下，农村养老服务供给面临结构性短缺，助餐服务成为老年人刚性需求。研究以广州从化凤二村幸福食堂为例，运用资源适配与文化网络理论，分析其依托“1234”乡村社会服务架构的运作逻辑。研究发现，该模式通过多元协同、资源整合与熟人网络嵌入，有效缓解了老年人就餐难题，并重塑乡村公共空间、提升基层治理效能。然而，其可持续发展仍面临资金依赖性强、人力资源不稳、服务内容单一等挑战。未来应通过拓宽筹资渠道、提升服务专业化、拓展复合功能，推动农村互助养老模式的在地化与可持续发展。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of overlapping rural revitalization and aging populations, rural elderly care services face structural shortages, making meal assistance a critical need for seniors. This study examines the Happy Canteen in Feng’er Village, Conghua District, Guangzhou City, applying resource matching and cultural network theories to analyze its operational logic within the “1234” rural social service framework. Findings reveal that this model effectively alleviates meal challenges for the elderly through Party-building leadership, multi-stakeholder collaboration, resource integration, and embedded familiar networks. It simultaneously reshapes rural public spaces and enhances grassroots governance efficiency. However, its sustainability remains challenged by high funding dependency, unstable human resources, and limited service diversity. Future efforts should focus on diversifying funding channels, enhancing service professionalism, and expanding multifunctional capabilities to promote the localization and sustainable development of rural mutual-aid elderly care models.
