摘要: 化疗相关性便秘(Chemotherapy-induced constipation, CIC)是肺癌化疗患者高发的消化道不良反应，直接影响患者生活质量与化学治疗依从性，甚至对疾病预后造成不良影响。中医针对肺癌CIC的病机特点，采用针刺结合中药的联合干预方案，体现出整体辨证、内外兼治的独特优势。本文从肺癌CIC的病因病机、针刺疗法应用、中药治疗研究、针药结合临床优势等方面展开综述，梳理临床研究进展，分析现有研究不足，展望未来研究方向，为临床制定安全有效的干预方案提供参考。
Abstract: Chemotherapy-induced constipation (CIC) is a common gastrointestinal adverse reaction in patients undergoing chemotherapy for lung cancer, directly affecting patients’ quality of life and adherence to chemotherapy, and even negatively impacting disease prognosis. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), targeting the pathophysiological characteristics of CIC in lung cancer, adopts a combined intervention program of acupuncture and herbal medicine, demonstrating unique advantages of holistic syndrome differentiation and integrated internal-external treatment. This article reviews the etiology and pathogenesis of lung cancer CIC, applications of acupuncture therapy, research on herbal treatment, and the clinical benefits of combining acupuncture and herbal medicine. It summarizes the progress in clinical research, analyzes existing research deficiencies, and looks forward to future research directions, providing a reference for developing safe and effective clinical intervention programs.
