“双减”背景下家校社协同育人的价值重构与实践路径研究
Research on the Value Reconstruction and Practical Path of Home-School-Community Collaborative Education under the Background of “Double Reduction”
摘要: “双减”政策实施以来,家校社协同育人进一步受到关注,其评价导向、主体关系和育人目标都有了新的转变,推进了育人共同体建设。但与此同时,家校社协同育人也面临着一些现实困境。学校、家庭和社会的育人共识难以凝聚,责任边界模糊,以及制度与政策保障的不足都阻碍了育人共同体的建设。针对这些困境,必须凝聚育人共识,明确主体育人职责,加强政策保障,推进“教联体”建设,打造开放共享的育人生态。最终真正实现家校社协同育人从形式走向实质,为落实立德树人根本任务、培养德智体美劳全面发展的时代新人提供坚实保障。
Abstract: Since the implementation of the “double reduction” policy, home-school-community collaborative education has received further attention. Its evaluation orientation, subject relationship and educational objectives have undergone new changes, which has promoted the construction of an educational community. But at the same time, home-school-community collaborative education is also facing some practical dilemmas. The educational consensus of schools, families and society is difficult to gather, the boundary of responsibility is vague, and the lack of institutional and policy guarantees has hindered the construction of the educational community. In view of these difficulties, it is necessary to build an educational consensus, clarify the responsibilities of the main body in education, strengthen policy guarantees, promote the construction of the “Education Consortium”, and create an open and shared educational ecology. Ultimately, it will truly realize the collaborative education of home, school and community from form to substance, and provide a solid guarantee for the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating new people of the era with all-round development of moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor aspects.
