隐性育人视域下高校考务工作与思政教育的融合路径研究

A Study on the Integration Path of College Examination Administration and Ideological and Political Education from the Perspective of Recessive Education

摘要: 本文聚焦新时代高校考务工作与思政教育的深度融合，旨在破解二者“两张皮”的现实困境。基于“考试即教育”理念，研究揭示了当前融合工作在认知、机制、评价及实践层面的主要短板。据此，提出从制度规范嵌入、诚信文化浸润、育人队伍提质、数字技术赋能四个维度构建协同路径。通过打造全方位隐性育人体系，实现考务管理向价值引领的转变，从而有效落实“三全育人”要求，培育德才兼备的时代新人，为高校教育教学改革提供新的实践视角。

Abstract: Focusing on the in-depth integration of college examination administration and ideological and political education in the new era, this paper aims to solve the practical dilemma of “two separate systems” between the two. Based on the concept of “examination as education”, the study reveals the main shortcomings of the current integration in terms of cognition, mechanism, evaluation and practice. Accordingly, it proposes a collaborative path from four dimensions: embedded institutional norms, infiltration of integrity culture, improvement of education teams, and empowerment by digital technology. By building an all-round recessive education system, the transformation from examination administration to value guidance is realized, so as to effectively implement the requirements of “three-wide education”, cultivate new-era talents with both moral integrity and professional competence, and provide a new practical perspective for the reform of college education and teaching.
