新森林教养方案对父母育儿压力及家庭系统的干预效果研究

A Study on the Intervention Efficacy of the New Forest Parenting Programme on Parental Stress and Family Systems

摘要: 本研究通过一项随机对照试验，旨在评估新森林教养方案(New Forest Parenting Programme, NFPP)对注意缺陷多动障碍(Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, ADHD)儿童的父母育儿压力、家庭功能以及患儿核心症状的干预效果。研究将60名6~12岁的ADHD患儿随机分为试验组和对照组。两组患儿均接受为期8周的常规亲子执行功能训练(EFT)，但试验组的父母额外参加了为期8周的NFPP团体培训。研究采用简式育儿压力问卷(PSI-SF)、家庭总功能评定量表(GF-12)、SNAP-IV评定量表及Conners父母症状问卷(PSQ)在干预前后进行评估。结果显示，干预后试验组在父母育儿压力、家庭功能、患儿的对立违抗、注意力缺陷、多动–冲动等核心症状以及行为问题上的改善幅度均显著优于对照组。研究结论认为，NFPP能有效缓解ADHD患儿父母的育儿压力，优化家庭功能，并改善患儿的核心症状与外化行为。

Abstract: This study aimed to evaluate the intervention effects of the New Forest Parenting Programme (NFPP) on parenting stress, family functioning, and core symptoms in children with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) through a randomized controlled trial. Sixty children with ADHD, aged 6 to 12 years, were randomly assigned to an experimental group and a control group. Children in both groups received an 8-week routine parent-child Executive Function Training (EFT), while the parents in the experimental group additionally participated in an 8-week NFPP group training. Pre- and post-intervention evaluations were conducted using the Parenting Stress Index-Short Form (PSI-SF), the General Functioning 12 (GF-12) scale, the SNAP-IV rating scale, and the Conners Parent Symptom Questionnaire (PSQ). The results showed that post-intervention, the experimental group exhibited significantly greater improvements than the control group in parenting stress, family functioning, the children’s core symptoms (oppositional defiance, inattention, and hyperactivity-impulsivity), and behavioral problems. In conclusion, the NFPP can effectively alleviate parenting stress for parents of children with ADHD, optimize family functioning, and improve the core symptoms and externalizing behaviors of the children.
