新文科教育专业认证驱动下会计专业高质量发展路径与实践研究——以江苏理工学院为例
High-Quality Development Path and Practice of Accounting Major Driven byNew Liberal Arts Education Professional Certification—A Case Study of Jiangsu University of Technology
摘要: 新文科教育专业认证作为推动我国文科教育范式革新与质量保障体系建设的关键制度设计,正逐步成为引导文科专业内涵式发展的重要抓手。长三角新文科教育专业认证联盟率先构建了以“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”为核心的中国特色文科质量保障体系,为文科专业对接时代需求提供了可操作的标准化框架。本文在系统解读该认证标准的基本特点与运行机制基础上,以江苏理工学院会计专业认证实践为例,深入分析认证标准驱动该专业高质量发展的改革成效与实践经验,并客观审视当前存在的不足,提出改进策略,研究结论可为同类院校会计专业人才培养高质量发展提供思路,亦为兄弟院校开展同类认证工作提供有益参考与经验借鉴。
Abstract: As a key institutional design for promoting paradigm innovation and the construction of a quality assurance system in China’s liberal arts education, the professional certification of New Liberal Arts education is gradually becoming an important lever guiding the connotative development of liberal arts disciplines. The Yangtze River Delta New Liberal Arts Education Professional Certification Alliance has taken the lead in establishing a Chinese-characteristic quality assurance system for liberal arts, centered on the principles of “student-centeredness, outcome-based education, and continuous improvement,” providing an operational and standardized framework for liberal arts programs to meet contemporary demands. Based on a systematic interpretation of the basic features and operational mechanisms of this certification standard, this paper takes the accounting program certification practice at Jiangsu University of Technology as a case study. It conducts an in-depth analysis of the reform outcomes and practical experiences driven by the certification standard toward the high-quality development of the program, while objectively examining existing deficiencies and proposing improvement strategies. The findings of this study may offer insights for the high-quality cultivation of accounting talents in similar institutions, and also provide valuable references and experiential lessons for peer universities undertaking analogous certification efforts.
